What looked like a great home (and honestly the space and backyard area is great) ended up being very annoying. The MAJOR problem - the owners kept trying to sell while we lived in there with a 1 year lease. About 3 months into our lease they started to list it. Beyond that, the plumbing is a nightmare and we were told the pipes are old cast iron, ready to break at any time. Flooring was giving out in some areas (subtlely but you can tell) and the power is weak. With no central air we needed window units which kept tripping the breakers.
